I signed up for the MER for Poonam’s great reviews and extremely helpful demeanor. The one -hour counseling session that she provides is just excellent and extremely helpful. Poonam was very good in understanding my profile and helped position my stories in the best possible way. She was probably most helpful in organizing the details and helped me envision how the structure would come along. She has excellent editing skills. While working with her, I had tons of questions throughout the process and she was very prompt in providing prompt and precise answers. The turnaround time was always within 48 hours as stipulated on her website. I had an absolutely wonderful time working with her; she provided me with encouragement and structure.
